Today I would like to take you guys to a Korean restaurant called The Bibimbab. This Korean restaurant is quite popular among Bangkokian teenager. I hope you guys can guess by its name of what Korean dish they are selling. For those who don’t know what is Bibimbab I have prepared the information for you.
Bibimbab is a traditional Korean rice dish, one of the most popular Korean dishes. The word “bibim” means a mix of various ingredients while “bab” means rice, therefore, Bibimbab is a dish of rice that topped with fresh and cooked vegetables and gochujang (Korean chili paste) and seasoned raw or grilled beef or any kind of meat as preferred, then a fried egg on the top. According to the presentation on the dish, it is usually served in a bowl and often arrange vegetable and meat separately on top of rice and mixed everything before eating.
In this restaurant, there are many kinds of Bibimbab for customer to choose as their preference. And customers are allowed to choose meat either pork, chicken or beef. But for this blog, I suggest you to choose the latter because I always choose beef and frankly, it is good along with Bibimbab :P
Apart from bibimbab, the restaurant also has noodle menus and side dish such as Kimchi, kimchi soup and Korean rolls for customer to choose.
